Jessica Hetrick

Jessica Hetrick serves as the head of Services for Optiv + ClearShark, a cybersecurity and IT solutions provider focused exclusively on serving the U.S. federal government. In her role at Optiv + ClearShark, she is a member of Optiv’s operating leadership group and is responsible for building and providing best-in-class services capabilities for the U.S. public sector and the vendor community.

Jessica is an accomplished senior cybersecurity business leader and practitioner with more than a decade of experience in services and security operations. She has worked for multiple federal intelligence agencies and Fortune 200 organizations focusing on improving national security and creating and directing security programs to counter adversaries and reduce risk. Most recently, Jessica served as a Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Team driving strategic execution, enhancing operations, and optimizing cross-functional initiatives. She also built and managed a Services practice at Optiv, leading the demand and delivery of a portfolio of capabilities and the first national initiative.
